Our
Story
We're a husband and wife team, who are military veterans. We had our own trials and tribulations navigating the VA healthcare system which left us baffled at times, then we found our new mission. We found a gap in the system when addressing sedative preventative screening appointments and veterans having access to reliable door-through-door service. We initially began filling this gap through our nonprofit Circle of Arms for the past 2.5 years with overwhelming success and requests. We decided that we can help even more individuals by creating Circle of Arms Transportation LLC to grow and expand our service reach in Bexar County and surrounding areas. We want to help individuals focus on their preventative health so they can limit treatment of complex medical diagnoses. Prevention is key!

Larissa Martinez
We are proud to have our team led by a USAF Veteran, who has achieved a BS in Technology with a minor in Project Management from Texas A&M San Antonio, currently obtaining a Masters in Legal Studies from Texas A&M School of Law with a graduation date of Spring '25. In her most recent position she has over 4 years serving in a leadership position as the Executive Director of NPO Circle of Arms. She has experience with small government contracting as a Business Development Specialist. She has over 10 plus years experience in the medical field while serving in the military. She sits on the Veteran Advisory Council for the city of San Antonio, Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women, Mediator, Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Conflict Resolution Facilitator, Governors Sexual Assault Taskforce, Victims Advocate, and has two other small businesses. Her most beloved accomplishment is being a devoted wife, mother of 5 and a Ama to one grandson.

Leroy Martinez
We are proud to have a team led by an decorated Army Veteran with over 20 years of combined experience in transportation and medical fields.He has achieved many certifications and a AA degree in the medical field. Our team is dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation services. Our leader is passionate about supporting military and first responders and strives to be a valuable resource for the community. He loves to support most of his spouse's ideas or plans that pop in her head randomly, just like open tabs on a laptop she has a lot! His most cherished accomplishment is being a devoted husband, father of 5 and a Papa to one grandson.
